I concur that it's in our interest that the eurozone gets its act together and works well, so it's in our interest to help them do that.
To make a single currency work, either you need all of the countries to behave in a more Germanic way... or you need to have some way of transfer between countries.
We should be making suggestions in trying how to help them [peripheral eurozone economies] function better. It’s important that they fulfil what they said they would do – and they’re not at the moment… and that is disturbing. -David Cameron, warning that a disorderly breakdown of the eurozone would be “very damaging” to the British economy.
